Shipping conditions.

All orders are dispatched from Adelaide in South Australia, AUSTRALIA. We also ship to New Zealand. New international markets are being added weekly.

  • Domestic orders

    Australian orders are sent using Australia Post and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Standard and Express options are available and quoted at checkout based on address and weight of products. Please allow 3-5 business days for Standard orders and 2-3 business days for Express. A tracking number will be provided upon order fulfilment.

  • Free shipping

    Domestic (Australian) orders valued over $250 are eligible for free Standard shipping (excluding wholesale orders). This is automatically deducted at checkout once your address has been entered. Express postage is not included in our free shipping offer.

  • International orders

    International orders are sent using Australia Post and dispatched within 2 business days. We offer Standard or Express options. Please allow 10-24 business days Standard and 6-14 days Express. A tracking number will be provided upon order fulfilment. Please note international shipping includes tracking but not insurance.

  • Import duties

    We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to all international orders. It is the buyers responsibility to check these costs prior to purchase.

  • COVID-19 service delays

    There have been a number of suspended services due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19 and the situation is evolving daily. This may or may not effect the timely delivery of your item/s.

  • Wrong item received

    Whoopsie! Sometimes we can accidentally put the wrong items into your parcel. It doesn’t happen often but it does happen. We’re sorry! We will happily cover all shipping costs if we made a whoopsie and make sure the correct stock is dispatched. View our Refund Policy for more information.
